We offer full refunds on unused merchandise up to 14 days after the purchase date.
LEAFY BIKES reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or credit note.
Warranty Of Faulty Items:
If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, we will facilitate this for you through the manufacturer or supplier provided it meets conditions of warranty. Depending on what you have purchased, and the nature of the fault, we will advise you the next course of action. Please note some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed as the issue progresses.
- LEAFY BIKES, LLC will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.
- You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, LEAFY BIKES, LLC will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
- Please note that once the refund is processed by LEAFY BIKES, LLC, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependent on your financial institution.
